PHOTO TOURS- Cancellations and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. All payments and deposits to Niebrugge Images, LLC are non-refundable. If you cancel and we are able to fill your spot we will apply deposits and payments received toward a future photo tour with Niebrugge Images, LLC.**

There will be no refunds for delays or cancellations because of weather, flights, or other reasons before arriving or during the photo tour. Niebrugge Images is not responsible for additional costs that may be incurred by such delays.

We have the right to cancel this photo tour for lack of registrants up to 60 days prior to photo tour date. In the case that we cancel the photo tour your deposit and payments will be returned. However, Niebrugge Images, LLC does not assume responsibility for any other costs incurred by customer as a result of the cancellation.

NOTE: Bear and Puffin Photo Tour: In the unlikely event of forced overnight stays in Anchorage due to weather delays you will be responsible for cost of lodging and meals. Should we experience forced overnight stays at the lodge due to inclement weather, you will be charged a nominal fee of $100/per night per person, which is paid directly to the lodge.
We are unable to make exceptions, for any reason, to our cancellation policy including medical or family emergencies.

Buying Travel Insurance: We highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment against interruption, cancellation, luggage issues, medical emergencies, etc. One option is: www.insuremytrip.com

SELF-GUIDED ALASKA TOURS – Changes, Cancellations and Refund

Change Policy
: All requests for changes must be received in writing. Once confirmed and invoiced, any changes to existing reservations are subject to an administration fee, plus any applicable change/cancellation fees charged by our vendors. This applies to change of dates, names or services. Administration fees will be charged every time a change is made as follows.

·One day excursions: $10 pp/per tour
·Full travel package: $75 pp

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellation requests for booked tours must be received in writing. The effective date of your cancellation is the date written cancellation is received in our office either by fax or email. Cancellation rates are as follows :

· Any time after written confirmation of your reservation, 10% of invoice total.
· 60 days prior to tour start date, non-refundable.

Our cancellation policy is driven by our vendor’s policies and we are unable to make exceptions, for any reason, to our cancellation policy including medical or family emergencies.

No Show/Unused Services Policy:  Any pre-booked service not checked-in for is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Any pre-booked service that is not used is non-refundable .
